Director of Modern Worship
Director of Youth and Family Ministries
Rose Hill Church is a mid-sized, multi-generational, multi-ethnic church in central Kirkland, just a couple blocks from Costco. Our vision is to “lead people toward Jesus where we live, work, and play.” Sunday worship includes Biblical teaching, heartfelt prayer, and a rich variety of musical styles.
There are two positions we are currently seeking to fill:
There are two positions we are currently seeking to fill:
- Director of Modern Worship (10 hours a week)
- Director of Youth and Family Ministries (20 hours a week)
Director of Modern Worship: We are looking for a person who is collaborative, creative, and passionate about worship. They will work with the Pastor, Director of Music and Worship and others to plan and lead our unified, multi-generational Sunday service. The ideal Director of Modern Worship is comfortable with both traditional and modern worship styles, will lead and teach with humility, and has a strong foundation in sound and technology to support both in-person worship and online streaming.

The Director of Youth and Family Ministries works with Middle School and High School students and their families to deepen their journey of faith in Jesus. They will coordinate and supervise youth ministry programs, including Sunday classes, mid-week gatherings, and occasional retreats and mission trips. They will also engage with students and their friends in the community.
