Rose Hill Church Free Wifi Terms of Use
Rose Hill Church is providing Internet access through this wireless network free of charge as a service to those who visit and worship with us. The network is provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind – sorry, we just can't guarantee that it will always work and though we take what protective measures we can, we can't guarantee it will screen out every bad thing out there. We don't filter content, but we do expect that users abide by these terms of use:
Enjoy the service as good “Netizens” of the Kingdom of God!
- Users acknowledge that they are of legal age, and have read and agreed to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
- We may without notice have to shut the network down – apologies in advance, but you acknowledge that you understand.
- Users agree not to use the network for any purpose that violates the law – our government's or God's: If you wouldn't read it, say it, or display it in Sunday School, please don't use our network for it.
- Users acknowledge that no communication over an open wireless network like ours is guaranteed to be private, error-free, or immune from transmission of computer bugs and viruses, even when we're doing our best to give you a good, secure service.
- Users agree that any harm resulting from a third party while using our network is not our fault, and indemnify us against such harm.
- Finally, users acknowledge that the reason we are in a position to offer a free service is that we don't have to invest significantly in the technology that would put us in a position to guarantee any of the things we disclaim, particularly if we ended up being required to; if that happened, we probably couldn't afford to offer the service.
Enjoy the service as good “Netizens” of the Kingdom of God!
